When you submit a Discovery Call request or other enquiry form, we collect: your name, work email, role, company, country of primary operations, and any optional information you provide about your sites, peak load, current standby configuration, and the trigger for your enquiry.
When you visit the site, we may log standard server-level information including your IP address, user agent, and the pages you visit. This is used for security, analytics, and diagnostic purposes.
How we use it
We use enquiry data solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a Discovery Call, and conduct subsequent commercial discussions. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for the duration of any active commercial discussion plus 24 months thereafter, after which they are deleted unless you have entered a contractual relationship with us.
